Medical Insurance - Cigna

The plan provides the opportunity to purchase major medical coverage for full-time employees and their dependents. Effective February 1, 2017, Cigna will be the provider of our Medical Insurance. In addition, CGA will offer through Colonial Life the opportunity to purchase Specified Critical Illness Insurance, and Hospital Confinement Indemnity Insurance.  Critical Illness and Hospital Confinement insurance plans can help individuals and families manage the medical and living expenses that may result from a qualified serious illness.

Dental Insurance – Cigna

The plan provides the opportunity for the employee to purchase dental coverage for full-time employees and their dependents.

Vision Insurance – Cigna

The plan provides the opportunity for the employee to purchase vision insurance for full-time employees and their dependents. Coverage includes regular eye examinations and benefits toward vision care expenses including eyeglass lenses and frames or contact lenses, up to a designated dollar amount.

Wellness Plan – Cigna

A wellness program for those enrolled in our medical insurance plan. The program is designed to improve participants’ health and wellbeing, allowing employees and their enrolled dependents to earn rewards for activities such as wearing a fitness device, completing a Health Assessment and getting flu shots. As participants continue completing activities and achieving recommended goals, they earn rewards.

Group Life Insurance – Cigna

CGA offers Group Term Life and AD&D Insurance coverage 100% employer paid. The plan provides $25,000 group life insurance coverage for all active, full-time employees. In addition, the employee has the option to purchase Voluntary Group Term Life Insurance for themselves, spouse and child(ren).


Employees will be contacted by SunTrust when they are eligible to enroll.

Employees who wish to rollover a qualified plan must contact SunTrust directly at 1-888-816-4015 for more information.

  • CGA 401(k) Plan is an excellent opportunity for our employees to plan for the future. Our plan offers a full range of investment options and discretionary matching contribution in accordance with our plan guidelines. Eligible employees may contribute up to the annual IRS dollar limit.

Supplemental Benefit Program

Employee-paid  voluntary  supplemental  insurance  options  are  available  to  employees  including supplemental group term life insurance, short term disability, cancer protection plan, personal accident insurance, and various AFLAC supplemental policies

Voluntary Life: CGA offers the opportunity to purchase additional Life Insurance at group rates through payroll deductions from Cigna and other providers.


Employees can enroll during CGA’s open enrollment once a year after they have completed their introductory period.

Paid Time Off


  • CGA provides 8 paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and Employee’s Birthday (Personal Day).
  • Full-time and part-time Employees are eligible for holiday pay on the first day of employment

  • Vacation accrues per pay period and is available for use after 6 months of employment
  • Full-time employee receive 10 days for 0-5 years of service and 15 days for over 5 years of service
