Parks & Athletic Fields Management Services:

Parks and Athletic Fields require the dedicated staff and equipment to ensure continuity of the maintenance operations, current field utilization and ongoing assessments with recommendations for improvements. The CGA Team will provide the staff, expertise and specialized on-site equipment to complete the following:

CGA, acting as an extension of our client, provides the professional and technical team to address all related facilities management needs utilizing cutting-edge technology.

CGA partners with facility owners to dedicate the required “on-site” resources with the expertise to efficiently operate at the desired service level. Our management services are scalable and tailored to match the needs of the Owner. Specifically, service can be limited to part-time partial service or full-time dedicated “turnkey” service, hourly or fixed fee, fully administered or client directed. The components, systems, equipment, and functions of each property are identified, segregated and analyzed to create options on how best to approach operations and maintenance; recognizing priorities, service levels, and life cycles and funding constraints. Intelligent, proactive service programs are created individually for each property, in a performance-based system, with quality control reporting to generate ongoing feedback and improvement cycles.
