As important component of the Oakland Park Station Plaza, Calvin, Giordano & Associates, Inc. developed a series of massing study illustrations and photo-realistic renderings to convey to the public the public-private partnership investment the City was going to undertake in enhancing an important terminus to the City’s Culinary District. CGA utilized our in-house capability to provide clients with a full range of communication graphics to serve as tools for project development, public outreach, project descriptions, design development, planning studies and press release including Architectural Graphics, Massing Studies, Photo-realistic Renderings, Plan View Renderings, Elevation/Section Renderings, Volumetric Impact Studies, Before/After Comparisons, Shadow Study Analyses, Grant Graphics, Diagrams, Graphic Art and Layout services to facilitate the City in communicating the positive impact this investment was going to be for the overall community.
The proposed Degasifier No. 3 will connect to an existing reverse osmosis permeate pipe header. The proposed air blower design will eliminate the common air intake filter housing, and provide new air blower enclosures for Air Blowers No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 in order to improvement efficiency and available area for future maintenance.
The proposed electrical design will provide power and instrumentation to the Air Blower No. 3, reverse osmosis permeate magmeter, and new Degasifier No. 3 and Odor Scrubber. The new equipment will be provided connected to the existing plant SCADA system.
CGA provided surveying, civil, mechanical and construction services and managing subconsultant services for electrical, instrumentation and controls, and structural engineering.
