In addition, CGA coordinated a dry run review approval from the CITY’s Building Department and also prepared renderings and other supporting documents necessary to receive approvals from the CITY’s Community Development Department and the Community Appearance Board.
CGA was retained by the CITY to provide consultant services during construction that included coordinating responses to the contractor’s request for information, coordinated the review of all shop drawings, preparation of work change directives, review of the contractor’s payment request, provided construction observations services and coordination of close out of all required permits.
